Kevin Christensen, Principle, President

​

Kevin has been involved in the construction industry his entire life, his father was a project manager for many large commercial projects in this area.  Kevin has been working in the industry since the age of 15; he worked in the field doing carpentry, roofing and surveying to save money to attend college.  Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Washington State University.  Over the past 25 years Kevin has been a principle in a general contracting company where he is involved in all types of construction, including; civil engineering, concrete, wood framing, steel erection, log construction and finish work for jobs large and small in residential and commercial fields.

Reid Christensen, Principle, Vice President 

​

Reid has been involved in the construction industry his entire life, his father, Kevin, is a principle in a general contracting company.  He remembers going onto job sites with his father and sitting in on meetings.  Reid began working for Christensen Inc. in June of 1999 as a laborer, working his way up the chain since.  Reid graduated from Central Washington University in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Construction Management.  He has completed courses to computer generate pre-engineered building drawings.  Over the last three years Reid has been involved in all phases of commercial construction with strong emphasis on pre-engineered metal building design and erection.  Reid’s other strong points include, but are not limited to, wood structures, steel structures, log construction, project coordination, plan reading and onsite problem solving.

Colin Christensen, Principle, Vice President

​

Colin grew up visiting job sites frequently as a kid and has been working in the construction field since 2002.  After graduating from The University of Washington with an economics degree, he decided he would continue developing his skills as a carpenter and builder.  Since then, Colin has worked on a wide

range of projects, and continued to master skills while learning new ones along the way.  He has experience with all phases and many types of construction, from residential to industrial and everything between.  Colin enjoys working with his hands, and bringing creativity to his projects.  He particularly 

enjoys projects that involve creative designs, energy-efficient/green building, design building, and value engineering.

Joe Presto III, Project Manager

​

Joe Presto has been in the construction industry for most of his life.  Joe worked with local contractors thru his teens and started his own construction company in 1975 thru 1999 . In 1999 had the opportunity to get involved in a different line of construction and went to work being project manager and estimator for a construction company out of Ferndale specializing in public works construction.

​

In 2002 Joe was offered the opportunity to come to work for Kevin at Christensen Inc. as a superintendent/project manager and estimator.  Joe currently shares the responsibility of managing current projects and the day to day criteria.
